(1)注意事項(xiàng):談判就是相關(guān)雙方或多方通過(guò)協(xié)商和討論達(dá)成協(xié)議,以滿(mǎn)足彼此的需要和合作關(guān)系。商務(wù)談判主要有三個(gè)階段:準(zhǔn)備階段、面對(duì)面的談判階段、后期階段。準(zhǔn)備階段需要準(zhǔn)備的包括:收集信息、計(jì)劃策略和操作談判,如:日程、特殊策略、需要確認(rèn)的事實(shí)、地點(diǎn)等。面對(duì)面的談判階段就是面對(duì)面的交流,雙方以開(kāi)誠(chéng)布公的方式進(jìn)行有效談判,最終達(dá)到雙贏。后期階段是在所有的條款和事項(xiàng)已經(jīng)達(dá)成一致,有一方起草合同,另一方根據(jù)自己的想法修改,使其對(duì)雙方更有利。

(1)注意事項(xiàng):廣告是一種有組織的、通常收費(fèi)的、非個(gè)人的、通過(guò)一定形式的媒介載體,如電視、廣播、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、報(bào)紙、雜志等,公開(kāi)而廣泛地向社會(huì)傳遞信息的一種宣傳手段。根據(jù)促銷(xiāo)的內(nèi)容,廣告通常分兩類(lèi):廠商整體形象廣告和產(chǎn)品廣告。廠商整體形象廣告對(duì)企業(yè)的形象、設(shè)想以及政治事件進(jìn)行宣傳,維護(hù)自身的整體形象。產(chǎn)品廣告對(duì)產(chǎn)品的功能、特性以及優(yōu)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行宣傳。公共關(guān)系是旨在使企業(yè)與公眾群體之間建立和維護(hù)一種良好的關(guān)系而進(jìn)行的各種溝通努力。一個(gè)企業(yè)或公司的公共群體包括顧客、供應(yīng)商、雇員、股東、媒體、教育工作者、潛在投資人、政府官員和社會(huì)群體。

8、Business Dinner
(1)注意事項(xiàng):舉行一個(gè)宴會(huì)能突出一個(gè)人的社交能力、安排計(jì)劃能力與處世能力。商業(yè)宴會(huì)應(yīng)該安排的很?chē)?yán)謹(jǐn)、很仔細(xì)。請(qǐng)客時(shí):應(yīng)該早到并等待歡迎客人;等待客人時(shí),可以要一些水及軟飲料,但不要吃東西;根據(jù)客人建議定菜單;要引入商業(yè)話題;提前將信用卡給服務(wù)生結(jié)賬。做客時(shí):要守時(shí),如果要遲到的話,要給主人打電話;不要將手包或錢(qián)包留在桌子上;商務(wù)會(huì)議的時(shí)候要斷掉手機(jī)。
